Kevin T. Jackson, J.D., Ph.D., is Professor of Business Ethics and Law at Fordham University, in New York City. Professor Jackson has served on the faculties of Georgetown University, Princeton University, ?cole des Ponts (Paris), Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and Peking University (China). Dr. Jackson is a Senior Fellow at The Witherspoon Institute (Princeton) and a Fellow at European SPES Institute (Leuven). He has authored several books, including Building Reputational Capital (Oxford University Press), Virtuosity in Business (University of Pennsylvania Press), Charting Global Responsibilities: Legal Philosophy and Human Rights (University Press of America), and publishes interdisciplinary scholarship in top-tier academic journals in areas including business ethics, law, and philosophy. Dr. Jackson serves on the New Jersey Advisory Committee for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
