Angel Alvarado is a senior fellow in the Department of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and a policy advisor to Edmundo Gonz?lez. From 2015 to 2021 he was a member of the National Assembly of Venezuela, where he served on the Permanent Committee on Finance and Economic Development.
