A lawsuit has been filed in Connecticut to legalize assisted suicide. This is the same tactic that was used in Montana where the decision to uphold a judicial fiat that legalized assisted suicide is still pending a decision from the State Supreme Court. Once again the well-funded Compassion & Choices - euthanasia lobby are using their financial clout to hire a legal team to try and convince the courts in Connecticut that the people of that state have a right to assisted suicide. In Montana, information from polls was used to suggest that the people want assisted suicide legalized.
